About  Katie

Katie has nine years of post-secondary education in Athletic Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Kinesiology, which gives her a complex and robust understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and dysfunction, manual treatment and assessment, as well as injury prevention and overall athlete performance/health.

Her treatment philosophy is completely customizable as she understands that some clients come in looking for answers to their chronic or acute pain, while others are looking for an hour of relaxation and restoration.

Katie works with a variety of teams when not in the clinic and is always updating her skills with continuing education.

Katie was my AT at SLC for 3 years, and not only is she the most phenomenal AT I have ever been to, she is also one of the most caring, dedicated, and kind-hearted people I know. I was always excited to see Katie because I knew her excellent care to my injuries would also be met with such friendly and genuine conversation. Katie always went above and beyond to make sure I was healthy for games and practices, and was always honest about exactly what was going on with my injury, and clear about her treatment plan. She is an all-around amazing person and is incredible at what she does."
